The sesame prawn is amazing dish. Use the white prawn is more nicer. Avoid to use tiger prawn because the texture is more harder. The sesame seed give the crispiness to the prawns when you fried. A tasty dish for snack or cocktail gatherings.

This purses is really crispy, crunch, and good for a snack in the afternoon. Made of Wonton skin or spring rolls skin and then filled with minced prawns and seasonings, deep-fried and served with dipping sauce.
