Tempura is one of the most favorite food of Japan. I tried to create it from leaves of my favorite basil from my garden. Mmmmm yummy, crispy and tasty. may you try your own style of tempura.
Capsicum Tempura
Instead of seafood or other tempura, let try this capsicum tempura. Prepare the tempura batter and slice the capsicum into julienne strips. Dip into the batter and deep-fry to crisp. Serve with japanese soya sauce.
