Biryani is one of the famous Indian dish that perhaps everyone has tried. A dish by itself with choice of vegetarian, with chicken or lamb. Sometime people like with prawns or lobster but is not common in India. The dhum biryani is one of my favorite, the taste is so subtle and smooth in your mouth with combination of the herb, spices, seasonings, rose water or pandan flower water (hyderabad) make this dish probably the best rice dish in the world.
If you have some extra soft rolls you can create to a dish. Sauté the sliced bread in masala and you will find how tasty is.
The sweet made of fried milk powder balls and then soaked into rose water flavored syrup to enhance the taste and sweetness of the balls.
Machii Tikki is minced fish cake with some seasonings,spices and herb combine together and form to small fish cake. Pan-fried this fish cake to golden brown and served with your favorite chutney
Indian Fish Ball
The fish balls are cooked in masala gravy in slow heat with herbs spices and seasonings. Intake more Indian chilies (bih jolokhia) if you like extra hot….hot…..hot…!
