Basil Leaves Tempura
Tempura is one of the most favorite food of Japan. I tried to create it from leaves of my favorite basil from my garden. Mmmmm yummy, crispy and tasty. may you try your own style of tempura.
Balinese Style ‘Nasi Campur’
Nasi Campur means rice serve with variety of meat, fish, vegetables or anything you wish to have for you meal. In this platter, I designed my own ‘nasi campur’ with vegetables, egg, tofu, fried potatoes and relish. Should you visit Bali, you should try this delicacy. I took this picture during my lunch in a Balinese restaurant in Ubud - Bali.
The Lontong Sayur
Street food of Indonesia. I took this picture somewhere in Denpasar - Bali, when I try this amazing ‘longing sayer’. Lontong means boiled rice in banana leaf. The rice is formed to a cylindrical and boil for about 2 hours. And Sayur means vegetables, in this option the vegetables are cooked in a spiced curry with boiled egg. I love this street food.

Steamed stuffed mushroom is very light and yet tasty. It is perfect for vegetarian as well as non vegetarian.
Sautéed Sichuan Style Baby Corn
Coat the baby corn with corn starch and seasonings. deep-fry and then sauté in spicy Sichuan sauce. Nice hot and spicy.
Singapore Style Sesame Coated Prawns
The sesame prawn is amazing dish. Use the white prawn is more nicer. Avoid to use tiger prawn because the texture is more harder. The sesame seed give the crispiness to the prawns when you fried. A tasty dish for snack or cocktail gatherings.
