Red Ants and Roasted Pork Salad
This is another salad with red ants. Slice the roasted pork and combine with raw red ants including red ants eggs. Salt, pepper, lime, juice, fish sauce, soya sauce and chilies. This salad very refreshing.

It is a costume in Cambodia that peoples include the red ants ion their diet. I tasted was a bit sour. With some spices called ‘kroeung’, fish sauce and lemon juice will make this salad taste better.
